Kelco Communications LTD, a Vodafone Partner in the West of Ireland, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Vodafone Sales Processor to join our Head Office team in Donegal Town.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
You’ll play a key role in managing Vodafone broadband and mobile sales orders, ensuring they are processed accurately, efficiently and successfully connected for our customers.

🕘 Monday – Friday | 9:30am – 6:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing
Processing Vodafone broadband and mobile sales orders using Vodafone UFE systems
Managing orders through the full lifecycle from submission to activation
Monitoring active orders to ensure timely progression and completion
Liaising with field sales representatives regarding order updates and issue resolution
Providing customer aftercare support when required
Proactively identifying and resolving provisioning or installation issues
Helping minimise cancellations, failed installs and customer drop-off
Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and Microsoft Office applications
Escalating complex issues to Vodafone support teams where necessary
Supporting wider sales and operations teams to improve efficiency and customer outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience using Vodafone UFE systems or similar telecoms platforms is an advantage
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or data entry role preferred
Strong computer literacy and confidence using office systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Positive, professional attitude with a strong focus on customer experience
